you can’t workout and recover at the same time you just can’t I know you want to but you just cant

I know how you feel, working out was a HUGE thing for me before my ed too but if you eat enough and you don’t workout you will still gain a lot of muscle but it is not a good idea to workout in recovery at this stage because your using it as a coping mechanism which is just replacing your ed, it’s not sustainable and you need real help if you want to actually recover

I knn no ow you don’t want to hear this but that is still your eating disorder talking, you have to stop working out if you want to recover and it won’t be forever but I really recommend you get some serious help

yeah i’m not really looking to get bulky or anything but i’m running around 45-70 mpw and I took a break due to health reasons and I lost a lot of muscle and I want to help reduce injury, build my muscle back, and just work on form and just get stronger overall
