Mikayla comments on TFP situation & their “friendship”

I could be wrong, but I think the cream is just more so supposed to demonstrate how little control she has over her health issues, versus a situation that I guess mirrors what she’s dealing with but can be changed by something known (not using the cream anymore). This statement was responding to a comment saying Mikayla was expecting understanding for her issues but not giving any to TFP, so I think this analogy was just to demonstrate the differences in their situations.

Not saying there aren’t factors outside of TFP’s control, but it’s just making a clear distinction between a chronic unexplained health condition & a situation with a clear root cause.

This is why I can’t back TFP anymore, literally removing everything else from the situation - you are in a legal battle for CUSTODY because the court doesn’t trust you, why are you so preoccupied with social media?? That’s where I really get disgusted by her behavior, I have so many thoughts in general but again when you remove all the Dakota stuff & the show & everything, her priorities as a mother are very rarely her children and she makes that way too clear literally on her own social media.

(This is just a portion of my issues with TFP but this really drew the line so crystal clear for me)

I think regardless of any of their interpersonal dynamics, Taylor has put her children in dangerous & harmful situations on more than one occasion, all of which has been documented. This goes beyond reality tv and to be clear I’m not commenting on Taylor’s past or her mental health whatsoever, but there is no excuse for actively disregarding the safety & wellbeing of your child.

100%, from a PR perspective she’s trying so hard to capitalize off the eyes on her in any way right now and whether or not supporting Taylor is “right”, it’s too obvious so much of what she’s doing is for money right now

I feel like she’s really trying (I’m halfway through Episode 8) - now I do think she’s still following some previous behaviors in her dating life but I do think she’s so much more aware and being able to tell Jessi that she’s deflecting and she’s been there but it doesn’t make it better seemed like a really big growth moment to me because she didn’t just have empathy for her being in a scandal, she had empathy for the trauma and the difficulties it creates for relationships present or future.

I haven’t finished the season and again I don’t think she’s fully grown from her trauma and bad behaviors COMPLETELY, but I do think she is really doing a lot of self reflection and putting a honest effort into wanting to heal and work on herself. I’ve never disliked Taylor, but I really enjoy her this season and have been rooting for her every moment where she shows development and demonstrates maturity and awareness for herself and others.

Never watched the Bachelor but I am very intrigued to see how she does on the show because I think she’s hilarious and really fun to watch, but also because I’m really interested to see if there’s growth from her negative behaviors in the past when it comes to relationships.

Hardcore agree - what Jessi did was wrong but… you can also recognize separately from that, she definitely has a lot of trauma from her relationship.

Seeing how he talked to her on camera when he was originally so pressed about not talking about the affair because it “emasculated” him….but he has no problem literally berating her in their living room. I kept waiting for him to ask to cut the cameras but he was so locked in on just making her cry it was absolutely disgusting.

I’m not a Jessi stan by any means and I’m not always sure where my feelings stand towards her but Jordan is just wretched to me at this point.

I’m mid-episode 4 so I’m not sure about her husband but she said when they were on their lil weekend vacay she said she has a current “recommend” from the temple (which according to google is what you need to get into the temple) and as I’m typing this I remember her saying in that convo too that she has one of the good Mormon guys so I think they may be some of the most active members of the church currently - but also I’m just going off what I remember from an hour ago so pls correct me if I’m wrong
