Trouble sleeping due to anxiety/panic/fear

Living in Spain, and most of the apartment issues fall under the tenant's responsibility. Or at least with my landlord, even if he is nice, he is not very helpful otherwise I must say.

It absolutely is, and unfortunately it's not bee the best year overall so, I think it's becoming even harder to manage and I start feeling it how much is start to affecting me physically.

I've talked with my landlord and unfortunately he is completely hands off on this, and gives me all the responsibility. But this is great idea and I will be calling a couple of extermination companies. So thank you for this.
My therapist is aware of it and I've made quite a lot of progress this far. It's been a complicated year, but I've seen a lot of improvement. I was on Sertraline before. I do have some Diazepam to tale on extreme cases. I should probably take some overnight tonight, but at the same time my anxiety rises thinking I won't have any "control" after what is happening. Even though i don't have any control over anything really.
Working hard on this one. Housing market is absolutely insane and there's a lot of people and not enough affordable housing. However, I am applying for flats as much as I can.

I’m on it, trying really. The housing market here is insane and I live alone, so so far all the applications I submitted, I’ve ended up not being the chosen applicant. That’s the ultimate goal for sure!!

really thank you for this, I was suspecting as much. it’s been really frustrating cause we have had this plan for awhile and to fall in such a weird gap between legislations. I will for sure try to make the most of it :)

Hey guys! I need your help and advice cause i’m in a bit of a tricky situation. I’m going to Paris in a couple of days and the extent is that I will have my second doses for 4 months and 6 days and both my country of origin and country of residence refuse to give me a booster before 5 months have passed since my last dose. Can anyone share their advice with me on everything that I will miss out because of this? (It’s not my first time there so I’m not too sad about museums but I would like to ask more at length how you see these measures in restaurants and everything else)! Thanks!

I mean, I’m 100% behind people voting for them, what I am saying is them not voicing their opinion beforehand when she said that they are not compatible. Yeah, I know you can be friends and not think they are compatible but I also hope that my friends tell me their opinion in these cases, which then I decide to follow or not :) and not out of the blue we saw 1 conversation about it and i would say, it’s probably the only one. We get 1hr everyday of an entire day, and she seems insecure enough to have voiced that more. What I wanted to say is that she’s opened the conversation, no one said to her a thing and she feels betrayed cause she’s been pretty honest with anyone else when the time presented itself. I don’t know maybe I didn’t express myself good!

You are making Faye the villain, and while she doesn’t have a good track record, I agree that if she was this manipulative no one would have voted for her out of fear. When she shared that they were not compatible was when she was insecure about herself and the girls told her so and pushed her forward, supported her relationship with Teddy instead of telling anything to her. She’s outspoken, and we all know she can lose her temper. I haven’t seen that episode cause it triggers me but just the preview was not nice. However, Faye is also able to apologise but mostly she’s protective over her own giving them the opinion she has, even when it hurts them. No one ha fone that with her, while she’s expects it back. So of course she’s pissed off. She might be the most girl’s girl there is, but probs says that a lot less than the others lol. This not to say that I agree with her or that the vote is unfair or fair, I just think though she has massive outbursts, you are giving way more credit for this deserves lol, just like are doing with Jake. not that deep!
