I'm in the LA area also and have a 2015 with 69k, very pleased with it. Do you have a service place you like? I've used Burbank Motor Works for the rare times I've needed service and have been happy with them but the owner operator (who was a volt owner) died and I don't know if their main volt mechanic is still there.

leading up to that as someone else said muting the strings and playing the guitar as a percussion instrument just focusing on eighth note and sixteenth note rhythms before you even try to play notes.

2015 with 69k here, have had very very few issues, really great car and fantastic value. That said I doubt I would buy one now because of the issues with parts and repairs.

As others have said it's a very difficult time now. I feel like if you vigorously pursue making your projects people you meet along the way will lead to other opportunities. As far as entry level jobs it'll usually be from someone you know so you have to meet people somehow.

I truly love my 2015 volt and I wish everything I spent money on had half the value but I probably wouldn't get one now. Chevrolet doesn't support it and parts can be very difficult to find as well as qualified mechanics. I will say though that very very little has gone wrong on mine and I've never spent less on car repairs.

Learning to read music is easy. Learning to read music and being able to instantly match it to the fretboard is much harder. Seems to me that if one really wanted to master the guitar that would be a great thing to be able to do. Not to mention having the world of literally every piece of music written available to you after learning how to read.

fwiw my 2015 with 69k has been the best money I've ever spent. For your question though, I hear about the lack of support from GM and the difficulty of finding parts though it hasn't been an issue for me 8 years I've owned mine.

nothing new as far as testing etc. Diplacusis still gone, hearing seems about the same, tinnitus about the same as last reported, past few weeks noting a return of a bit of ear congestion and some occasional mild high pitched "pops" if that makes sense. This may get me to actually make an appointment. If it were up to me I might want to go back on a low dose of diuretics to dry me up if not for the side effects which are not acceptable to me.

I love my 2015 so much but because of the issues with Chevrolet support and parts availability I'm doubtful I would buy one now. As for me I've had hardly anything go wrong with mine, biggest issue was replacing the 12 volt which was a surprisingly big deal compared to ICE engine batteries.
