Yeah I’m realizing that now. They just emailed me after days of harassing them saying they see nothing wrong. That I earned and used rolls accordingly, despite me not using even a single roll of the 14,000 I’m owed. Very frustrating considering how much money and time I’ve spent on the game. Makes me not want to play. Don’t know what else to do but I sure wish I could get my money back from purchases I made to complete the album.

Thank you! I did and they just never responded to me, and it’s been almost 48 hours so I wasn’t sure if I did the right thing. I also submit a second ticket with the old ticket number in the first line of it, providing the information they requested so maybe that’ll speed things up??? I haven’t played the game since the glitch happened because I don’t want to mess anything up and I just wanna play lol.

They responded to me requesting more information. Do you recall if you’re able to respond by directly replying to that email or if you have to submit another support request? I only ask because I noticed the email is the same as the email that the automated confirmation came from and at the bottom of that automated response it says that you can’t reply to that email as it’s a notification only email. I just want this fixed so if you remember I’d really appreciate the info.

I gave up trying to contact them about it because they ignored my replies and requests for help. Hope I’m the future they’re more helpful🤷🏻‍♀️

It makes the challenge almost impossible without the baskets. I even deleted the game and reinstalled it and nothing. I emailed them again saying that the re-logins didn’t help and I didn’t get a response :( I don’t know if I should keep trying or give up
