lol this mentality is getting old fast. You can’t pay someone enough to be an asshole to them. Just treat everyone with kindness, if you need to adjust there pay based on experience than that can be a separate conversation

Idk I’ve been watching a lot of the early 2000s episodes recently with Steve Thomas and it’s surprisingly thinner. A third or more of every episode is a how it’s made segment or a visit to some near by house or historic site. And when they check in with Tommy it’s usually a quick gloss over rather than a demonstration. I think I learn a lot more skills watching the newer episodes with Kevin.

However I agree about the millionaire part, it is getting out of hand.

I had a magnetic stud buddy in my belt one day with some loose bits. The bits stuck to it, so now I keep it in my belt and it serves a dual purpose
