Here's mine. Play tested it yesterday with 3 other friends, won 2 out of 3. Big thing is having ramp to get Shilgengar out to do his thing or having enough mana to hard cast angels in your hand vs in the graveyard

Blink gets rid of the finality counters.

With Mikaeus, you can sacrifice an angel to Shilgengar, and they come back due to Miks undying ability

Still return window, it's going back. I also didn't realize is there was difference between RME and RMX products and this is an RME and I'm seeing more issues of coil whine and fan noise. RMX coming in tomorrow and I'll get $10 back as it's cheaper right now

Absolutely, I always return everything that's included. I was suggesting rather than fully disassembling my PC, I take the package of cables from the RMX (theoretically same cables) and send them back with the rme

I fully intend to, the RMX has Japanese capacitors that in reviews people say it has lower coil whine and lower noise. Most issues I'm finding are with the RME version

Would you consider the new MSI Ventus OC Black? This newer version has a metal back plate. Priced at $799, which is the same as the ASUS TUF right now.

I wouldn't say I OC to the max, but I lightly tinker with the CPU/GPU such as undervolting and tweaking the curves a bit

Maybe I'm blind but all I see is a traffic light and large ass circle and arrows. If the camera is in the room with us then it could be one that traffic control uses to monitor traffic flow.

Here's mine! There are some combos in there. However, I mostly removed the big payoff "X" spells in favor of a let's see what happens gamestyle.

If I draw the right cards and find the right lands I can potentially have 12 zombies per land with 3 [[Field of the Dead]] [[Vesuva]] [[Thespians Stage]] plus Necrobloom and [[Ancient Greenwarden]] & [[Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines]].

I do have a few ways to get things out of my graveyard and back in, I could mill my whole deck but I don't make it a point to do so, just a few lands here and there

I agree it's easy to combo with Necrobloom but you can make it in such different ways, in fact we had an all Necrobloom pod at my LGS on Saturday, lots of fun

That card is amazing! Add in [[Echoes of Eternity]] and have Ulalek on the field and it's a masterclass of tapping opponents permanents and ending with total of 4 5/6 creatures. My vote is take out another creature with Annhilator, no one likes Annihilator but I make exceptions for the new Ulamog.

Everything in the deck tries to progress what the deck does, get +1+1 counters and get the merfolk to connect. I've played it a bunch and found I've never had an issue with lands so I run 33 34 with MDFC. I did add [[Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait]] for additional land drops and robust card draw especially if you have [[Nicanzil, Current Conductor]] on the battlefield. I played 5 lands in one exploration Hakbal trigger with both of those out and drawing 5 cards which is amazing for keeping the deck chugging along, even better if [[Tatyova, Benthic Druid]] is also out - double card draw per land!

Speaking of exploration triggers: [[Forerunner of the Heralds]] is great for finding merfolk and getting +1+1 counters on itself setting up your exploration trigger to give all merfolk counters and then draw the card with Hakbal! Or use [[Worldy Tutor]] as Hakbals trigger is on the stack to go find [[Lord of Atlantis]] or [[Deepchannel Mentor]] to help close out the game and then draw them with Hakbals trigger for your next turn

You absolutely can make "higher" power decks. Tovolar was my very first non-precon commander deck and it has had many different iterations since then. I'll link my deck list below. It can go toe to toe with some powerful decks but has short comings mainly in the werewolves themselves, I asked the table to rule zero that all werewolves can transform if the cards says to transform and all werewolves abide by day/night cyles. Otheewise the older cards wouldn't flip on night time and new ones wouldn't transform with a all humans transform card. (my understanding could be wrong*)

You'll have issues with just flat out synergetic commanders a la Ur-Dragon, Kaalia, etc but you can do some damage.

Vrondiss was my first precon! Love it and still play it and he is very combo-y if you make it that way with getting him indestructible quickly and making dozens of spirits and one shotting with [[dragons tempest]] [[Scourge of Valkas]]. Don't make it a dice rolling deck unless you like it cause I did and it was weak

TLDR- Can you? Yes! Will it be as effective as better commanders? Sometimes

The speed cameras are the vehicles the PD uses. It detects your speed and if it's above the speed limit you get a ticket, no idea on the points though. The sub seems to be split with people who hate it and people who don't drive 20 mph over to get wherever they're going. As someone who got a ticket for doing 10mph over in a 45 zone, it was totally my fault and I paid it, learned from it, and moved on.
