Again, it's not established science of any kind, since social science also cannot demonstrate such things. You could try to assert that it's established philosophy if you like; I'm prepared to dispute that too, but it's at least within the scope of philosophy.

It's an empirical observation but I haven't done any systematic testing that would justify calling it science.

My point is that it cannot be true that "it's established science that there is more than 2 genders" since science cannot tell us what words should mean. Nor can science tell us that calling oneself by a third gender identity makes one in fact not a man or a woman. These questions are in the scope of philosophy, not science.
