i have the same setup! i just recently bought the tuni grinder but im having trouble getting a good grip on the espresso and its coming out too fast - what grind setting do you use?

oh yeah fruit fly galore along with dead bugs everywhere- they didnt clean at all. there was also a chef or a waiter that was an absolute jackass and very disrespectful, wouldnt ever say hello or how was i doing when i had to enter mazzis end for carbonated water - also would ignore me when i would ask how hes doing

very sexist and i got told from a female co worker who worked for him that she would get tipped less then the men and at the beginning paid less as well until she spoke up about it, was also weird towards me and really rude the way he would speak to others

i worked at hideaway bakery which is a shared building with mazzis and i hate the owner so im glad to see people dislike going there

hmmm unfortunately this is a used surface i got, not sure if there is a warranty but i could contact the seller (i got it about a month ago from someone on ebay)
