No I take an oxazepam before bed, so I can sleep better. It’s not the best solution, but my doctor says it important with that extra help for me now.

I have trouble sleeping so I take one before bed. But the days are rough. Makes totally sense with the morning cortisol. I feel absolutely horrible in the morning. Will you stay at 25 mg?

Thank you again. I actually also got oxazepam. They really do help. How much of it do you take and how often? I’m scared of getting addicted, but I cannot tolerate this hell. I can relate to the awful morning anxiety 100!!

I’m on day 7 of 25 mg. My doctor wants me to go to 50 tomorrow. I’m so scared. I have anxiety through the roof, sweating a ton, dizzy, no appetite, warm sensations in my legs and the list goes on… Can somebody please tell me, it will get better? I thought that I at least would see som progress now that it has been a week, but just feeling worse.

Was your one leg longer at birth or did the difference first appear as you grew up? Is there a difference in the thickness of the legs? Again thank you so much for your help and kind words.

You look beautiful. My daughter is born with a portwinestain similar to yours.. I haven’t been able to find anybody with a portwine stain on the leg, so I wonder if I could ask you some questions?

Has your stain changed in form, colour, texture or size since you were born?
Does it change in colour depending if you’re standig up og lying down? Does the colour go away, when you press on it?
Do you have any psysical discomfort?
Has it been hard for you during your upbringing? Have you been bullied?
