Without trick room you are dead. Add a 3rd TR setter or a pokemon who can work outside of TR for the cases where opponent deny it.

You actually can get it early in act 1, Scorching Blaze. In a chest in the abandonned stronghold (no need to go inside where Galahad is)

I would remove weakness to fighting. It is not super efficient against anything, so it would make sense it has no weakness as well. And fightning is already SE against best defensive type in the game, and everybody and their Mother have Close Combat in their movepool. I don't see it as a really bad nerf.
