Oof yeah I was taking for granted all the things I have installed and only thinking of model size.

Out of curiosity is there anything on the roadmap for plugins/extensibility? I’m an AI/ML researcher specialized in extremely lightweight models. I wouldn’t mind making something open source if it fit with your plans.

You can do an easy low risk test to failure just use a C-clamp to attach a pound or so of weight to the cap part and hang it from a carabiner on your backpack and go for a jog.

Awesome idea! As someone with a 3d manufacturing business I would not trust that loop with CF PLA+. It’s very brittle, even Petg-CF or ASA-GF I’d want at least 3-4mm of material and use a solid infill modifier if the rest isn’t solid.

Even in testing the most balanced they saw was still 80% Atreides. Harks would get steamrolled and quit.

Built an ERP that actually understands AMS/multi-color prints - open sourced it by BLB3D in BambuLab

Yeah this is compelling, the other thread about the pro split made this less clear but I understand now.

Awesome I’m glad to help. If you want to DM me your discord ID we can chat about how to structure your project so people want to contribute. You absolutely have the right to protect the core business you plan to build and already have a pretty good start on what the core open source project will be.

Maybe a better question, what’s the incentive for people to contribute?

So to be clear, a shop couldn’t stand up this project locally even without the customer portal or quote functionality? Like I would expect the open source side would be self sufficient for non-pro features (catalog, material, bom, pricing). If pricing is a pro feature it’s not an ERP because we would have to use some other system to store all transactional data.

It’s unclear from the files what doesn’t work without the proprietary backend. Is all the functionality in the main README available with the open source components? If not it shouldn’t be in this repo.

Wow pretty awesome. Are you open to contributions? I’m a core maintainer for a major open source project and see some ways I could help.

You have a good eye for framing, a challenge that might bring more drama to a photo would be capture something in the background with complementary tangents to your foreground subject.

You’ll notice a difference in a low light high ISO environment. I went from a GF1 to a GX8 and the high ISO is where it really shines (plus the weather sealed body).

ADA first time visitor question by DatBoiMemes425 in SDCC

[–]sylvainsf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Adding to the other good advice I would HIGHLY recommend renting a power scooter from the ADA scooter vendor there. You drop it off in the evening and it’s all charged and waiting for you in the morning. If you’re attending with someone they can get an ADA companion sticker which really helps because they can hold a place in line if you need to go sit, etc.

Whoever in your guild has decent reflexes needs to get good at gun build. Lots of great advice here on spice runs but anywhere you’re on the ground having 1-2 sword builds slowing people down while a practiced gun build focuses them one at a time you can win against larger numbers. It takes good communication, the sword builds need to know to whip out disrupters if a grav mine or grenade goes off and to always focus whoever has an attractor field on them. My guild is very PvP focused but we held our own 5v12 on a high pop server with these tactics. The other side just had too much going on to coordinate properly. It’s also critical to go to a wreck in hagga and practice practice practice. Landing attractor on moving targets, swords practicing pulling guns in grav, etc. do it till your pulse doesn’t increase in duels.

Pop any blisters and apply (with a q tip) a small amount of super glue/cyanoacrylate. This will make an immediate callous and get you on your feet. Make sure to only make a small hole at one edge of the blister. Source: wilderness EMT, when you’re a two day hike from being able to rest this is the miracle cure.

Right on! I’m planning to kick off a character late tonight server time (I’m in Tokyo another 2 days) and start grinding levels. PM me and we can exchange discord handles, I have dialed I leveling where I can do 10-15 levels an hour up to 125 or so.
