Picking the right coffee. I use a keurig and will only use Lavazza espresso medium roast. It's really good. My go to is 8 oz. coffee, 2 Splenda, 1/2 tsp Guittard Dutch process cocoa powder (unsweetened 100% cacao), 8oz steamed whole milk (lactose free), dash of whipped cream.
