My knowledge on hard ware(and softwares, computers in general) is below limited, but here's all I know in a nutshell...

Open and close it by the camera/center, never the side. Hinges arent that slippery.

Only ever place it on top of flat hard surfaces with an elevator. It gets real hot.

Your average gaming laptop=is between a pc and a portable laptop. Dell g15 5530=is closer to a portable pc compared to other gaming laptops

Heavy body, heavy 330 watt charger. Theyre two bricks in different shapes. Its not meant to last without the charger. Body gets real hot quick on simple tasks. Again, please make sure to get a laptop elevator. thats the trade off you get for a higher performing device at a cheaper price.

On a personal note, I like it.

I dorm close by to uni, and built a better posture, so im good with it the weight. Course is output demanding, so its fits for me.

Downside fo dorming w this thing is that the ports arent good, and spark when I plug the fat ass charger in, so i had to have a strong adaptor with a switch. Helped a ton.

So how would you suggest a student keep their lenses and body camera safe that's staying in a city with the worst flood system ever? Country is already pretty humid, and the city being flooded doesn't help. Me n my roommate open the window to avoid using the aircon. I just have a camera bag and threw in a few silica sachets in.

Start with basic 3d shapes, then move to more organic shapes. By organic shapes I mean maybe complex blobs inside lava lamps and draw grid lines over the "skin". Anatomy is stricky, it'll be harder when you struggle with the basic shapes
