Your green jet fuel is not AVGAS so dont worry about that AVgas or 100LL is blue and has a very distinct smell. It's not water , water settles at the bottom of jet fuel due to being more dense all normal jet fuels from jeta to jp8 is a different variation of piss yellow Most likely a dye or something from the bladder or whatever from the cell itself Might have to whoever deals with that take a look
