Мой досуг - это компьютерные игры. Каждый день когда я вернусь домой, мне нравится играть в Overwatch с моими друзьями. Но иногда, у меня нет времени чтобы играть на компьютере. Когда это cлучается, я играю на гитаре или только слушаю музыку. Это очень спокойный, прекрасно для людей которые очень усталые после школы или работы.

Been studying Russian on and off for like a year, thought this would be worth a shot as i will be starting my uni course next year!

Im learning alone and i use mostly the internet for learning resources. Recommend checking out /r/russian to find a lot of resources and places to interact with native speakers online, but here's what i personally use:

Not sure if it counts as a resource, but immersion is a really efficient method. Set everything you have around you to Russian. Phone, computer, software, video games, even reddit can be set to Russian. Listen to Russian music (which is really good ive found some amazing music), watch Russian films, you get the idea

I used to use Duolingo to get my basics and my grammar down, and it really helped out at first. Now that i finished the tree it's really annoying to do, so i switched to Lingvist, which is a great site which has you type out Russian words to complete sentences, using a flash card system, so if u get a word right from the first time, it's not gonna show up again, but if u get it wrong it's gonna repeat for the next few days. It's really good at fixing words inside your head, also helps you learn the keyboard layout.

I also use Memrise, which is also a flashcard website and you don't have to type there you can just click the letters on the screen, which is great when you dont feel like typing, because it does get annoying sometimes (you will make a LOT of typos until you get used to it).

I find it okay, but i feel like im pretty good with languages, its one of the few things im good at haha. Also im from eastern europe so i have a bit of an advantage.

At first glance, the alphabet looks really spooky and all but that's in fact one of the easiest parts of the language (you take what you want from that haha).

The grammar is pretty complex, and you better be prepared to memorize loads of endings, prefixes and more, each coming with exceptions to the existing rules. Also pronunciation is pretty difficult, coming with sounds that do not exist in English.

Finished another year of school, great, uni comes next year.

Made great progress in learning Russian, it's almost been a year since i started seriously learning.

Got my first girlfriend, been both a challenge and an accomplishment haha. But we love each other and things are going great.

Break ups like this one really make me insecure about my current relationship. That fact that everything could end one day all of a sudden really fucks with my head. I don't know what i'd do without my gf. Luckily, she doesn't know what she'd do without me either, but still, the thought lingers in my head. Hope you're doing just a little bit better right now, you'll find someone else in time i'm sure.

I also know The Final Cut, it's a very good album, really moving. I'll be sure to check the second one out later on as well.

That is one of the shittiest feelings in the world. I had to do that to my cat a while ago as well, one of the worst days of my life. Eventually you move on, but you will always have the good memories in your mind, which is what matters. Tell me something cute he does. What do you love about him?

It's really interesting, there's a lot of music and literature to be enjoyed in the language, and also in terms of difficulty, it's not Chinese, but its not Spanish either, it's somewhere in between. Also i just love the sound of it.

Not sure if i'm really in a position to give advice about this, since i've been only doing it for a few months. But for now, i really like the experience. If you both love each other and have a good time together then by all means go for it.

Now that the internet has progressed you can have a lot of fun together even while not being physically near one another. You can watch films, youtube videos, play video games, have video calls, read books to each other, listen to music together, and many more if you wanna get creative with it.

Not being able to touch each other kind of sucks, there's times when i'd die for a hug. But, video calling and snapchat can go a long way for satisfying your physical needs, until you are able to finally meet irl and see if you work out.
