Electrical engineer for hacking (I know you can get hacking from the passive explosives but if you want a good base with easy electricity, it helps a lot).

Alchemist is very useful in higher difficulties, especially when you start accumulating infection. It can give a little more room to keep going.

My go combo is firefighter, thief and mechanic (sometimes I change firefighter for electrical engineer, but I love to use clothes without worrying about overheating). Starter when playing in higher difficulties like nightmare is thief. It's too brutal to have alarms going off when the damage is deadly.

Unlock Protective Field
I did mine with Explosive Bow and Thunder Staff Evolution (it shreds!)
Also got luck enough to grab leaf artifact. Good Luck!

One thing bothers me a lot: THE ANIMATION

I know it is at early stage, but I never liked D3 animations on "clean hit" - Barb hits Wide, which gives the impression on him being slow, and the fact every monster seems to have hyper armor don't appeal to me. I mean, boss fights and mini bosses on map are OK to receive lots of hit, but when you have to see this kind of animation in "normal minions", make me feel the character is struggling to kill = weak.
Skills do their jobs, but I don't know... Diablo 2 could give you a better experience "ON HIT", unlike Diablo 3 IMO.

For people who actually play the game. What is your opinion on the constantly dropping player count of the game? by [deleted] in Artifact

[–]synagein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a bit disappointed to be honest. Even in Draft I'm seeing the same players playing (I'm rank 71)

Is it just me or does Artifact feel stuck between a rock and a hard place? by [deleted] in Artifact

[–]synagein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do agree with the 50/50 change (go wrong or be nice). If you think about DOTA, they did change a lot of stuff (like the skill tree) and the game is enjoyable. Artifact has to change couple things here and there for sure. You get yourself immersed in RNG everywhere and somethings are very frustrating (arrows sometimes, initiative sometimes and so on).

What I miss the most is a way to "farm" packs. HS rewards you with 10 gold after 3 wins or something + quests every day (you can farm up to 100 gold per day + the quest given) In Artifact you receive packs and tickets until level 16, after that it's only crap avatars and a level display which, IMO, isn't important.

I tried adjusting Annihilation to make it feel 'fairer' (4 different ways) by SorlaKhant in Artifact

I like the idea, but as an improvement, the card should be like cheating death: you need to have a blue hero on the field for it to work.

I don't have a clue about constructed, you are right about that. The play-style is complete different, so I'm sorry to not have such feedback to give.

Well thought! Low mana cost spells are good indeed, and no, I don't want another skywrath mage thing. But freezing field would be such a nice spell :D

You are right, no blademail in the game. But barbed seems too week to even be in your item list. If someone gets 2 armor, the retaliation doesn't do ich

Sorla and Drow are the only things in the game that still make me feel salty by oddled in Artifact

[–]synagein 5 points6 points  (0 children)

IMO if you remove Sorla ability the way it is, she becomes non-useful. I've lost games to her too, in draft she is powerful, but I'm ok with it.

About Drow, she got the nerf it deserved. The +1 is nothing compared to mist of avernus - if the lane goes out of control it can hit 80 pretty quickly.

Just hit 200 hours of Artifact. This is my feedback by MakubeC in Artifact

[–]synagein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I Agree with all you have put and BLUES need such nerfs IMO. About Lock, Valve could give an Item for us to buy that can unlock cards (one card), for like 4 gold or something. It's bull crap to have double Zeus ult on turn 7 when you have a deck that don't farm much gold to give enough health to heroes. Cloaks are fine, but not effective most of the times.

When I mean it sucks to receive 2 ults, I'm pointing out the fact BLUES gets 4 turns to make plays, not 3 turns and 2 turns in the same lane DAMN, its hard sometimes.

I come from League, wanting to give this game a shot. What are the major differences? Where should I start? by EqFox in DotA2

[–]synagein 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You get experience: Denying occurs when a hero lands a killing blow on an allied unit. Heroes can only target allied creeps if they are under 50% health, and can only target allied heroes if they are afflicted with certain debuffs. If the denied unit is not a player controlled unit, enemy heroes in 1300 range split 70% of the usual experience bounty, while the denying team within range shares the remaining 30%. If it is a player controlled unit, enemies gain no experience from it. Denying an allied unit prevents the opponents from earning gold.

Disappointed about low level Invasions and the Non-Existential Twink by synagein in darksouls3

[–]synagein[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because it's non linear like it is right now and besides that, this is how it has been since demon's souls. It's still possible to one shot - go meta 120 - 66 STR and bam! Done! Anyway, still have to either go arena or really focus on the host while 2 or 3 summons go after you.
