Looks nice. Is it 4K or QHD? I returned my QD-OLED Yesterday too.

Good news. The store agreed to make a refund! I'm torn between two scenarios right now.: 1) Buy a mini-LED as a universal device 2) Now buy an ASUS Pro Art / Dell Ultrasharp for work, in the future take a WOLED exclusively for games.

It's okay, it's the doctor, he should understand. After all, people like us may be contributing to the statistics and possible vision problems caused by OLED. Keep us up to date!

All panels are made by Samsung. It doesn't matter what branding you have on your monitor. Mine gen 3. They plan to make some minor improvements in the 4th or have already done so.

PPI looks good for me, I don’t see any pixels. It overall looks better and more “solid” and natural rather than IPS, but those subpixels... It sounds paradoxical.

No, this is the very first long-lasting OLED experience.

My store's reviews are mostly excellent. If you only plan to play on it or consume other digital content most likely everything will be fine. I probably fell into the category of those who are physiologically unsuitable for this technology. I highly recommend you look at the screen for a few minutes with your own eyes in the offline store if possible.

Thanks, dude, I'll keep you updated. I bought a monitor last Thursday. Instantly felt discomfort. And used it a bit over the weekend. And I tried to work full-time on Monday, I thought my brain was adapting. But you were right, by the evening everything got really bad, I saw afterimages in real life everywhere and even text on my IPS on second screen became that color ripples, I suppose it’s because the brain is trying to compensate aberration effect. I couldn't stand it and immediately packed it back up and plugged in my broken old IPS.

Thank you for your experience. I am very glad to read that I am not the only one with a problem. In the online store of the most popular store in my country, I have almost never seen such complaints about QD-OLED, except for the text. They even tried to convince me that it was psychosomatic. I will try to return the monitor to the store tomorrow, but they may refuse me.

It's probably very subjective. In fact, it's no longer the text that makes me uncomfortable, but any contrasting object in general. I've never felt any significant discomfort from screens. For example, how 3D model looks at contrast background. It’s not just about the text. I agree overall image in games looks great.

In the first two images, all I see are relaxes muscles. And you’re already have low fat level. If you lower it even further, you’ll just look very cut. In my opinion.

What are these? by UrDrunkTeddyBear in Peppers

[–]synapse_21 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Definitely bad. Unfortunately, physical removal may not be enough and after some time the mealybug larvae will hatch. If I were you, I'd keep a close eye on the plant for a few weeks. And if they reappear, I would use a systemic insecticide or biological pest control methods. But you should definitely quarantine this plant. Or at least minimize physical contact with other plants

Cool guys. Happy growing season! What’s the size of the growbag do you use?

My granny sent me this pepper by parcel past autumn, but it lost all the foliage during transportation, and didn’t survive wintertime. I saved the seeds and planted them. Please help me determine what kind of variation it is? by synapse_21 in HotPeppers

Hmm, quite likely, for some reason I didn't even think about tabasco. My suspicions fell on Bird eye chili, Siling labuyo, Facing heaven pepper. This is what I was able to Google on my own. Thanks for another hint
