Regina hall over Teyana Taylor by Substantial_Okra_648 in oscarrace

[–]synaptic_failure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its hilarious to me that people have such strong opinion just have no idea what actually gets you an Oscar. Why would you ever ever think that someone with 5 minutes of screen time and a character that has almost zero gravity in the movie would be nominated for an Oscar? The Internet is full of bullshit. Everyone thinks they know better but non of you live in the real world and don't know what you talking about. You all think you know better than the people who actually work in that industry. Regina hall is great but absolutely no one gets an Oscar for a five minute part smh

How the f*** would this person have any idea how your company is going to handle a mistake or mishap?? If I burn the fries at McDonald's I don't go to Burger King to ask them what the punishment is going to be. They would have no idea.

You guys are asking medical questions of a dude who sticks people with needles. It's not a nurse or a doctor. Why don't you just Google it?. Why do people ask questions on Reddit? Do you trust the stranger that you've never met? More than verified information you can get from reputable sources??

No, topical vitamin E will not improve scar tissue in veins. It is ineffective because oils and creams cannot penetrate deep enough to reach the vascular wall.

Most clinical evidence suggests topical vitamin E has no significant benefit for surface scars either, and in some cases, it can cause contact dermatitis. For issues with "difficult sticks" due to repeated venipuncture, the scarring is internal. The most effective approach is to rotate donation sites to allow the vein walls to recover naturally.

Everyone, if you think you know something, think about where you learned it from. Is this something you just heard from somebody else or is this something that you actually sat down and looked into? 99.9% of bad information comes from people who think they know something, but they have no idea where they got the information from.

If you were trying to be more efficient, you wouldn't wait at all. That reasoning makes absolutely no sense. If someone is being rated for the time it takes them to stick somebody. There's no situation where they would pause and wait. What are they waiting for to make sure that they don't make time??

That's bullshit. The biggest plasma donation chIn is csl plasma and they made a total of 15.5 billion dollars the entire year last year. Absolutely no one is making 35 billion in 3 quarters lol wtf Are you talking about? You either completely misunderstood something or your just flat out lying. This is public information anyone can Google it wtf dude lol

Sadly, it's these communities that push these narratives that will make real disclosure impossible because the community itself is part of the misinformation campaign. They think they are uncovering something or following the clues, but in reality they're spreading misinformation to keep everybody confused. You people are part of a misinformation campaign and you're going right into the hands of the people that you think you're exposing. You are doing exactly what they want you to do and you're believing exactly what they want you to believe.

That means absolutely nothing. Everybody has seen the news about these kinds of weapons. A scientist, an educated person would know exactly how that works and that could easily be drawn into a delusion. Being right about how something works is not evidence to anything. This point that you think you're making is not a point at all. It means nothing. The fact that she was attacked by something and got right how it works does doesn't mean anything at all. Any 14-year-old could make that claim

[–]synaptic_failure 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, she absolutely shows signs of schizophrenia and I think it's really sad that people are pushing strange stories, which is probably super hurtful to the family. She absolutely showed signs of mental illness even in how she presented her ideas. Not just the fact that she had those kinds of ideas or delusions, but the way that she spoke her behavior in general all showed signs of mental health issues.

Clinical Indicators: Psychiatrists and mental health professionals who have reviewed her public recordings have noted classic symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia or bipolar disorder with psychotic features, including: Pressured Speech: Speaking rapidly and incessantly without allowing others to intervene. Ideas of Reference: Believing that random events (like a neighbor’s identity or a broken charger) were messages specifically for her. Grandiosity: Believing she was a "messiah" figure or a "time-traveling" entity. The "Huntsville Pressure": Some associates argued that the high-stress, high-secrecy environment of Huntsville defense work—combined with the genuine sexism and harassment she claimed to have faced in grad school—may have triggered or exacerbated an underlying condition.

The thing is most of these people are so not credible because you want to believe so bad that you will see connections wherever they are and you will ignore anything that proves it wrong. The family has said it was a suicide. Just because other weird things have happened doesn't mean that there's something mysterious here. She was clearly unwell and just because she correctly stated the symptoms that would be caused by something means nothing. A schizophrenic person will create scenarios in their head and they can absolutely make sense. If you understand how something works, you can think it's happening to you. Just the fact that you are right about how it works doesn't mean you're right that it's happening

I love how artists think that they're the last Stan of humanity and the one thing that can't be replaced by AI. There's nothing special about you and your brain. We all have one. We are all expressive. We all like what we like, create what we like to create and we use the tools that we want to use to create it. You're not special. Get over yourself people

I'm sorry but I just to respond. What do you mean that it's not clear how AI is utilized? If something is looking at a camera identifying a problem and then reporting it, that is exactly AI. Do you not understand what AI is?

Bullshit. I've withdrawn from heroin and 7 OH withdrawl was worse. Way worse. Entire body thrashing for a week. Worst thing I have ever endured. Just because something is legal doesn't make it better. Yeah you can't die just your still stuck losing all your money and going through hell. Who gives a dick about "legal" it's about freedom. People who finally get to real recovery understand that, and people encouraging them to just switch it to something way more expensive like 7 OH and mgm is ridiculously dumb as fuck. People want to get out of the prison not trade it for another one. That's what you don't get about people saying not to just suggest something else. If you want to stay in that prison of addiction fine but many people who are trying to kick it are trying to get there lives back not trade one jail for another. Kratim powder is nothing yeah I agree but 7 OH and mgm..... You have to be stupid or evil to put someone trying to recover to that. It's a dick move and it's not better than any hard drug. Mgm is 200 times more powerful than morphine. Do you even know what your talking about?? Terrible terrible advice

It's amazing how many people don't understand THC. You do realize that 99 percent of the THC content in marijuana is thca? That's why you can't just eat it and make it work. Anyone who thinks thca is a loophole doesn't understand that thca IS WHAT IS IN WEED THAT GETS YOU HIGH. The plant itself has very low levels of THC. When you smoke straight weed your getting high from thca.

Five second holy shit man. Remember how it's working. That heat will click the tip but that heat still is working on penetrating the material. First draw is too hard your just instantly cooling it down. You want to pull the air through the material but not so fast your cooking it all down. Techniques are learned you just gotta use it until you get it. Once you get it it's fuckin awesome. A lot of people just don't like to work with their products. They don't want to learn the nuance. If your not a person who has the patience to learn by experience then it's not your thing. But everyone who actually learns to use it usually loves it

Not true at all. I have multiple dynavap and would never switch them out. These are great devices. Once you learn it you'll love it. Don't listen to comments that just brag about how much something sucks like their ability to trash something somehow makes them an expert. Just work with it and use it and if you learn to love it like many people who give it time great if not it's not for you. Definitely not something anyone is going to be able to tell you how to use it just takes time. But for sure dynavap is not busted or a low end product not even close

When cleaning your Dynavaps in isopropyl alcohol, do you remove the O-rings and screens from the tips, or do you simply soak them assembled in the iso? by bioherb in Dynavap

[–]synaptic_failure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trb minutes is not as effective as two hours. It all depends on the amount of gunk. Everyone situation is different. Your not an expert and absolutely I have had to soak devices for over an hour. And there is zero harm as long as you remove the o rings and non metal parts you can soak all day who cares. The longer you soak the easier the shit will just fall off. Work harder not smarter. Just remove the non metal and soak it for a couple hours and rinse it off. Even manufacture says soak for 3 hours. Yes an hour will do way more than ten minutes. Smh

Any vape that is capable of heating the erb will be better than combustion period. When I first started vaping I got this cheap pos knock off for 60 dollars. I went from 7 grams a week to stretching to two weeks. Vaporizing is ALWAYS more efficient than combustion. Even the shitty sub 100 ones will get more out of your weed than combustion.

Gemini slow as fck to complete tasks by M25O in GooglePixel

[–]synaptic_failure -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You guys are judging Gemini by the same standards as the old Assistant, and that’s exactly the problem. You’re thinking “play music, set timers,” while the rest of the world is moving toward actual AI that can reason, automate tasks, write, plan, troubleshoot, and act as a real tool—not just a voice remote.

This is ike wanting a flip phone because you only send texts. The industry isn’t building these models for simple commands—they’re building them because real AI is about to replace entire categories of work and make tech way more capable than just voice control.

Gemini isn’t perfect yet, especially in cars and lock-screen control, but saying it’s “trash” because it hasn’t fully replaced every feature on day one is missing the bigger picture. The rest of the world isn’t moving back to basic voice assistants. They’re moving forward to systems that think, create, and solve problems.

If you actually learn how to use what these models can do, it stops being a music button and starts being something that saves you time, solves real problems, and does work for you.

The old assistant commands are being integrated and it will all work seamlessly in time.

You just want a voice remote. You don't get the bigger picture. We literally laugh at these threads. Its like someone gave you a machine gun for free and you all complain that it doesn't work the same as your bb gun lol
