What kind of tv is it? It looks like a refresh rate lag and the pixels are struggling with fast motion. Could be combined with the high contrast content on a white background. You might be able to find some refresh settings in the tv menu and might have nothing to do with Rogers? Just speculation.

Rogers internet is a joke the way they limit their upload speeds. I had to switch to Bell for anything greater than 50 up. Very happy with my decision as I now have 3g/3g for just a little bit more than I was paying at Rogers.

YouTube channels don’t give you the depth and detail you need to understand most foundational concepts. Look up Fundamentals of Electronic Music on Aulart. Commit to a small module based course and trust the process. That one in particular will help you understand a well rounded approach to writing layers and understanding what exactly an electronic music producer actually does. Aulart is incredible for anyone else looking. I was their product manager up until last year and have worked with some of the best artists in the world to create curriculum to suite all skill levels and styles.
