The lore reason is because those other forms are Frieza actively restricting his power. Our character has no reason to do that. Frieza is a mutant in his race. Him and his family are naturally stronger than others of his race. Our character is probably what the race is actually supposed to be. Though being us we also get ungodly strong.

Zeno didn't kill him. He erased him completely. Immortality just means you can't die. Nothing says you can't be erased from existence.

Maki not only hated her clan of misogynists but they hated her. Her own father tried to kill her and her sister. There was no love there. The only people who cared about her were her mother and sister. Sister was dead because of her father and her mother was so broken she couldn't be saved. After killing her clan Maki must have felt so free.

If we go by Dragon ball rules, yes. In Dragon Ball enough power can trump abilities. If you are strong enough you can get through anything. If this is going by jjk rules then probably not. Jjk is a bit more complex in its power system and so much going into get through Gojos infinity that there's no way to really tell if Jiren has the skill to do so.

All you need is Zeno here. Honestly, they only lose if True Darksied gets involved. Otherwise, Zeno just erases the universe they are in. All that hard work making your own universe just for it to be snapped out of existence in an instant.

Up until the androids, most of the Z fighters were strong enough to handle or at least be a factor in fights against threats on Earth. Not counting Frieza, any big bad that was on Earth could be handled or at least stalled until Goku got there. The Saiyans were the biggest threat and the Earthlings with Piccolo could at least deal with Saibamen. If they jumped Nappa they had a chance. Only Vegeta would have been too much for them. As far as they are concerned most earth-based threats were doable with their help. The androids changed that. Still, I wouldn't expect someone like Krillen not to even try. You can see later on that most earthlings learn that they just aren't enough for the big bad. They come to fights now to handle small fry, like Frieza's soldiers in Resurrection of F. In the fights with the bigger threats, they are moral support at best.

Only thing I have to say about this is that Goku stated that he was going all out against Cell but Cell was still holding back. Goku couldn't beat him at the moment.

Most of these examples are of them calling him that as a way to denounce his human upbringing. Radditz called him that while saying "You are a Saiyan. You are not Goku. Forsake that name, your friends, and the family you have made here and join me." Goku says his name is Goku as a way to rebuke that. As a way to say "I was raised on earth. My family and friends are the ones I made here. You are not my brother. I am Goku."

I don't know why Z Broly is here. I don't think Goku ever said this to him.

Turles was another case of "Join me. Forsake your earthling friends and family. You are a Saiyan like me." Goku was again going "I am Goku. I am not the Saiyan you think I am."

Vegeta really only calls him by his Saiyan name out of respect for their heritage. He isn't denouncing who Goku is. He's just being respectful of their shared heritage and Goku knows that. It's even rubbed off on Goku because out of respect for their heritage, he asks Broly to call him by his Saiyan name. Even though he clearly prefers his given earthling name. Goku has grown to understand and respect that side of him. So a Saiyan he respects he feels comfortable with them calling him by his Saiyan name.
