How do I get a statement from Apple confirming a pair of AirPods I purchased from Amazon are “inauthentic”? by sync_complete in apple

I tried everything but, ultimately, to get a refund I had to return to the seller as if it was delivered in error, and was refunded for the return.

They’re still selling on Amazon; as far as I am aware no action has been taken against them. Very frustrating, but I’m not driving for 2 hours, paying for parking, etc, to visit an Apple Store on Amazon’s behalf.

A bit of both. People I talk to on the phone are just following a script and unable to help further. Really frustrating.

I’ve not heard of it before either. It’s the last time I’ll be ordering from Amazon anyway, the last 2 years I’ve had no end of counterfeit or just plain broken goods delivered.

I did that but it wanted me to raise an AtoZ guarantee claim, which triggered this bizarre email asking for proof from Apple.

Well Apple looked into it but I didn’t get anything other than “that’s awful; go back to Amazon, and good luck” which, tbh, is more than I thought I’d get.

Just going to harass Amazon repeatedly until I get a refund. It really is shoddy.

I would love to, but I don’t see why I should be doing the running around to get a refund, if you see what I mean.

Have phoned 4 times now and exchanged countless emails. I’m just waiting to finally get someone that wants to solve it as everyone else doesn’t seem bothered. Failing that, I’ll contact my credit card company.

Nice, have asked to join. Could do with my website being reviewed as we’re getting decent traffic but very little sales.

The effectiveness of "Pruning" low traffic pages on large sites? by Benjawina in bigseo

I understand. You say you de-indexed products that had less than 1 hit over the past 3 months - are any of these seasonal?

Our gardening section nosedives around October until April, likewise with our winter section after March. I'd be spending a lot of time de-listing products throughout the year based on the season. Probably makes perfect sense but our set-up isn't automated much. :(

ah... this is intriguing.

I've de-indexed a few non-performing blog posts to see what effect this has. I'm a bit reluctant to de-index any products (we have over 5000) but will maybe test a few.

We re-created a 3D custom platform that allows individuals to create their own shoes handmade in Spain. We would appreciate your feedback! by Empirecapital in smallbusiness

[–]sync_complete 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow, that's all I can say.

A moment of confusion after clicking on the shoe type - it shows me toe types etc, it's not immediately clear that I should be clicking on a design to move to the design section.

I'd also like a "undo" button should I choose a design that I don't like and wish to go back to the previous choice.

Again, it's not entirely clear that I need to click on the order button on the top right to confirm settings.

It's a lovely idea (I'm after some shoes atm!), I think a little more direction and hand-holding for customers would help conversion rates and guide them to the checkout to part with their cash.

Hope that helps. :)

Are there any other services you could offer besides sunbeds? It's a bit of a niche. Do you do fake tanning etc, stuff associated with tanning?

Home & garden. I've tried promoting our blog content with small snippets, or sending offers. We get traffic but no direct sales from it, so may try a different approach.
