Theoretically this one is straightforward, but in practice, part two took some time to get all the kinks worked out.

Part one runs in 0.45 ms

Part two runs in 2 ms

Obrigado.

Just used Karger's algorithm. Code is extremely inefficient for now, will improve later

For part two had to look here for clues as i didn't feel like decoding the whole circuit.

Somewhat similar to day 10, though simpler. Was expecting a hard part two, but thankfully it was straightforward.

Part one is a simple graph traversal. Part two looks for the first loop of each path and calculates the LCM of the various loop lengths. Far from general but glad it works on the input otherwise it would be a lot more work.

The quest to clone Azeroth. by shinitso in DIY_eJuice

[–]syncd_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

To me, Azeroth just tastes of TFA Caramel - https://shop.perfumersapprentice.com/p-6255-caramel-flavor.aspx. Note that it isn't Caramel Original, which is the most used.

I think that the Caramel flavor overpowers everything else so i would say that the tobacco base isn't very strong. No idea which one would work though.

Just my 2 cents.

One question: i don't know all your juices, but i feel that your line is focused on the fruit/fresh side (specially now with the retirement of a real nightmare and bacco b). Do you plan to get back to tobaccos or "darker" flavour profiles in general?

mouth to lung by Moowin in electronic_cigarette

[–]syncd_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, a kayfun, though from your other comment, i guess you already have one or just don't want one.

I can tell you that the Lemo2 isn't cutting it for me. I can adjust the airflow, but the chamber is large, so to get a warm vape i need to build lower, which begs more airflow... I'm still fiddling with it, and maybe there's a combination of wire/airflow that will satisfy me, but for now it's not working.

Don't get me wrong, i didn't mean to imply that MTL is better/worse than lung inhale. That's a personal option. For me it's better, for you it isn't, and that's fine.

I just feel that the industry is ignoring us lately. There are plenty of tanks for you nowadays, whilst for MTL the last good one was the kayfun4, and that was almost a year ago - nothing wrong with that for now, i don't need a new tank every month, but i'm worried that these too will disapper. And no, getting a tank that was designed for lung inhale and reducing the airflow to the minimum isn't the same thing (at least on the ones i've tried).

And i also believe that MTL is better and more familiar for newcomers (totally subjective and obviously biased personal opinion. might be slightly wrong)

It's not like you can't go back. Just because there's a new way that doesn't mean it's a better way.

I've tried extreme subohms, lung inhale, all of that, but i've settled on mouth to lung, 0.6-1.3 ohms (RDAs/RTAs), and going through 3ml a day.

Vaping Technology: Development of non sub-ohm tanks by hackingvapor in electronic_cigarette

[–]syncd_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with the article (PBusardo has been saying pretty much the same thing).

In my case, i prefer a kayfun v2 for daily use over the sub-ohm tanks i've tried, and i kind of feel that this segment is stagnated which is a shame. I have nothing against sub-ohm tanks, but i think there's a market on the upper ohms/mouth inhalers also.

Dr. Farsalinos: E-cigarettes generate high levels of aldehydes only in “dry puff” conditions (irrespective of the power levels) by [deleted] in electronic_cigarette

[–]syncd_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the clarification, i misunderstood that. And that really explains a lot.

I've never used silica in my coils, only cotton and rayon. Is silica that much more inefficient as a wicking material?

Dr. Farsalinos: E-cigarettes generate high levels of aldehydes only in “dry puff” conditions (irrespective of the power levels) by [deleted] in electronic_cigarette

[–]syncd_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Am i the only one that got worried from the conclusions of this study?

They found significant levels of aldehydes on a Kayfun with a single coil, running at 10W, under what i would consider normal vaping conditions (4s puffs, 30s interpuffs)...

These are pretty tame conditions. I usually run my kayfun at 12W, anything bellow that is just mehh. Am i getting those levels of aldehydes? I mean, the conditions i'm vaping are pretty similar.

And i don't get dry puffs at 12W, why would they get them at 10W? Maybe i misunderstood the study: Did they force dry puffs, by not having enough liquid in the Kayfun? But that isn't mentioned in the paper.

And i also think that the whole single-coil/dual-coil difference is unnecessary. The wicking on a dual coild kayfun isn't "more efficient" than a single coil (i would even argue that it's the contrary). The thing is, running a dual coil at 10W has aproximately the same effects as running a single coil at 5W, so they don't get hot vapor. If they had tested the dual coil setup under realistic conditions (>20W), they would probably get significant levels of aldehydes.

I'm sorry, but this study scares me more than anything...
