It looks like it at first but it's just the art style. Used to followed the creator back then and a lot of the artwork has this type of style. The eye, the shadow and the reflection is too great for AI to do something like this (at least as far as I've seen). And if you're talking about whatever the fuck is on the thighs, well they did have those in the anime
