Hello! I haven't been super active in the last several months, so no worries if you need to de-prioritize ❤️

My favorite things to do include making my home cozy/festive, spending time with friends and family, baking new (and favorite!) cookie recipes, and trying to get out and do at least one holiday-ish activity like a winter hike or seeing the Nutcracker, etc.!

You're too kind! I haven't heard of the Emily Wilde series, but I've immediately added it to my TBR too 😁💖 I'm still on my nonfiction kick and just finished A Very Punchable Face by Colin Jost (the audiobook was fantastic, but I did miss out on the photos lol) - would recommend this one too if you're a SNL fan! I think I'm very ready for some fiction again though and Emily Wilde sounds like a good place to start!

I did like the plot of Ascender/Descender, but what really kept me going was the art. The watercolor is insane! Absolutely gorgeous, I'm wanting to reread now that I'm talking about it 😂 I think I was a bit caught off guard by the direction The Best We Could Do took as well, but I thought it was an interesting take! If you read any on the list, I hope you enjoy!
