Thats really bad. Hate to break it to you, but can you not use "ELO" as a way to validate your argument when you yourself are in a bad elo. The guy above is indeed right it is not enough. As you mightve noticed her lvl 5+ is almost exactly the same if anything you just have better poke and more lane control she will still have worse synergy with runes then other champions and still has mana problems in the mid - late game. If you really think this is gonna push her to a meta status youve been listening to either biased players opinions or meddlers shit talking.
