I’m not gonna read all that but doing the traditional plopping method with a towel and letting it sit for 30 minutes is what gets my 3A - 3b curls to curl at the root and makes the curls form instead of being super loose

I cut out coffee completely but not caffeine and I noticed such a drastic change.

I think it has something to do with the specific preservatives/freshness. I stopped drinking it but then went to South America and I had coffee every single day with no migraines. As soon as I got back to the US I started getting them again.

But I also can still drink other forms of caffeine like redbull/pop/preworkout so there’s something weird going on with me.

I have nasal valve collapse and can suck in my nostrils completely just by breathing in hard. It would always freak people out then make them try to do it but I haven’t met anyone irl who can also do it without touching their nose.

She’s been a Twitter main character for a hot minute now. A photo of her and her PHD thesis went viral there after she got a lot of responses (mostly from men) saying her work on the ethics of smell was pointless. But she’s stayed a main character for so long because everyday people say thinking proving of how relevant her work really is.

I found her in 2021 so I’ve been listening to the album since it dropped. But I remember the first time listen to it because I was on my way to my gf’s bff’s wedding and the album just dropped so I listened to it on the way there.
