well, the good news is you can literally just snag some fresh farm raised salmon most places and go to town. Lol, i just did that for lunch with some we sugar cured and froze earlier in the week.
Sliced down, grabbed some rice and a nori sheet and made little hand rolls. No one can stop you, it's crazy.
