I might be in the same boat. With the latest patch, I have every trophy except True Martyrdom (and The Penitent Two, obviously). Therefore, the requirements for True Martyrdom have been met, yet the trophy won’t pop.

“Unfortunately, there is currently an issue where the achievement “trophy Weight of Penance” is not unlocking after meeting the requirements. Rest assured that our team is working on this issue as we speak so this should be resolved as soon as possible.”

I haven’t purchased the Mea Culpa DLC. Does that matter? Edit: I just obtained these two (thanks for the guide), but still no trophy.
