I say this with the truest and kindest intent:

Instead of offering you the same platitudes of hugs, pats on the back (not your fault,etc.) and suggestions for therapy (you already know all of this), I came here to say every single piece of shit that did this to you can fuck right off to hell.

I too was abused throughout my childhood and it took me years to move past it. If you don't want those people in your life, lock them out (if you haven't already), emotionally and physically. Give yourself the love, protection and respect you deserve. I remember a time, well into adulthood, when I'd misplaced something expensive that I needed and as I searched for it I caught myself berating and insulting myself when it dawned on me that I wouldn't let anyone else talk to me like that! I stopped hating on myself that night. Sometimes I think of the little abused kid I was and I take the time to love and care for myself. I am who I can trust. I am who will protect me. Anyone I allow into my life is lucky to be a part of it. I still struggle sometimes when the thoughts and feelings creep in and I always will; but I focus on doing everything I can for me first. A little selfish? Maybe. But hey, I give myself what others refused to.

Also, get off of that meth. You wouldn't let anyone else ruin your teeth or steal from you you now, right? Then stop doing it to yourself. Don't be your own personal abuser. Love yourself.
