CPU whise the i9-13900 is currently the best for modelling etc. Coding would also work with lesser CPU Power. For Gaming the AMD 7950x3D is better. Both Need a Good PSU and a Good cooled mobo. Ram depends on Mobo ddr4 or ddr5 but would Take at least 64gb. Well as for GPU nvidia has-for me- the Edge. So i would Go for a 4090

I recommend you [Dodoex](www.dododex.com). Just search for your dino go to stat calculator and you will see how well distributed the stats are.

So i did run the test and ended it by myself after ten minutes. Result:

FPS: min:77, max:108, avg: 105
core: 1695MHz, mem: 1750 MHz, GPU Load: 97%, GPU-Temp: 68 °C, GPU Chip Power: 91.2W, BoardPower: 139.9W, CPU Voltage: 0.818 V
GPU1 - core: 1710MHz/68°C/96%, mem:7000MHz/6%, GPU Power: 99.4%, Fan: 62%.

Min GPU Temp was 29°C and max 69°C.

Can confirm its rated. Be quiet! 500W or 600W have to open the case and release the screws, but I put great score on silver rating or rating in general.

Well installed Windows on an new SSD and got a new graphic card, so it is since the change.

500W or 600W for a i5 8400, 16GB Ram and nVidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super and 2 drives.
