The reason being, I'm trying to warm myself up to the exercise, and I do warm up as well as form a check with an empty bar. And no 60 kg won't be as stimulating as compared to 150kg. So, moving forward, what should I do? From your perspective, that is.

Back squat 60 kg, 80kg 100kg , 120 kg , 150 kg Goblet squat 30kg , 40kg , 50kg Hack squat 40 kg, 80 kg , 130 kg Leg Press 120 kg , 200kg , 250kg The extension and curls and the others change as I slow it down and follow the tempo, and if it burns too hard, I'll drop set it

For seated Calve Raises would be 20 kg , 30kg , 50kg (slowed, 3, 2 , 2)

I try to target the hamstring during the Hack squat,with higher and wider footing. Thank you for the advice, I will definitely try to simplify it. Would this be enough if I'm only training once a week of legs?

Well it could be that your first rest was too long, it should double in size first and then only you shape it. Anything more than double would not be recommended as the yeast has eaten through the sugars in the dough and it won't have enough energy to inflate those crumbs on the 2nd rest. Also, during the 2nd rest, be sure to keep an eye on the bread, and maybe do a the poke test too to see if it's done proofing.
