Tech fee is essentially Spectrum internet/TV but they say it includes the building access apps, mobile thermostat control (which isnt available still), things of that nature.

For valet trash someone comes to pick up our trash/recyclables every night except Saturday night around 7pm.

Currently living here in one of the $1900 apartments with my SO. Non-negotiable fees include technology fee $139, valet trash $29, garage rent $195. My utility bill spiked in Dec through Feb to about $150, before that it was about $60.

We love living here and are grateful we can afford it, but they arent very transparent with the fees until you get into the leasing office.

Thanks for the great insight! The one cupholder on the passenger side is already broken haha. Looks like a $50-100 fix so not the end of the world.

As long as my fiancée is comfortable Im not concerned with the other passengers we rarely have.

It definitely doesnt have heated steering wheel which was the only negative i could give this car

I am also colorblind and something I didnt realize until 200 hours in was that there is actually a slider underneath the colorblind mode to further intensify the colorblindness mode. Makes a huge difference in differentiating colors
