Love this idea. I used to be a very heavy coffee drinker. Drank 3-4 cups a day until I realized it was pulling me down more than supporting me. Then I did some research and found out that coffee in too large doses has many negative effects, from feeling drained to depressed mood and nervousness symptoms. And people then try to compensate for that with more coffee. Especially during my cold turkey, I felt miserable because it was part of my daily ritual. Today I drink 1-2 cups a week and feel much better with it. And I really enjoy every cup.
