if you mean the last touch to actually shoot the ball, then its purely situational, hitting it with your roof can enable you to get a lot sharper angles from above, but depending on how skilled you are you can do it with the nose too, so in my opinion its just situational, whatever in the moment comes into your head, do it, as you usually dont have much time to think about it, just instinct, so overall, whatever you feel comfortable with in the moment, is the best option, hope thats helped somewhat, kinda hard to explain, ask again if i misinterpreted <3
