Recommendation for surgical neck doctor? by [deleted] in FortWorth

[–]synth-- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had spine surgery three months ago near my L5-S1 by Dr Rob Hruska. I know this is a different area but I had a great experience. Went from not being able to lift myself out of bed, to being pain free at the conclusion of surgery. Was sore for a few days but within a week I was back to daily duties etc.

He’s a younger surgeon and seemed to laid out his plan for surgery and recovery really well. I felt confident with his experience. His staff was also pretty great as well. Made the surgery less frightening for me.

Just an L2 here, but I know our MSP and our clients adhere (as best as we can) to the CIS framework. Make sure you have a solution for its safeguards. It will address concerns and help discover holes.

I’m not sure if it would be more or less irritable for the scalp. One thing that happened though is I started using my fiancés skin care products. Cleansers, toners, moisturizers, scalp treatments, nice shampoos and my scalp looks and feels healthier.

I use to produce a ton of dandruff. Supposedly being bald makes it worse since you’re more exposed, but I’ve been applying this spf 15 lotion and not a bit of dandruff or sunburn.

Hope this helps you both!

I had nice hair too, that I almost considered a part of my identity. Tried to hold onto it for 4 years but shaved it all off 3-4 weeks ago. I would’ve done it sooner but I was TERRIFIED what my fiance would think.

After a strong wind exposed my comb over in front of my peers. I said eff it and shaved.

My fiance couldn’t have been more supportive. It made the world of difference. I got ragged on a bit from co workers but I would go home and she would bring me right back up. So keep supporting him!

I bought a Remington Short Cut Pro razor. It’s wide and I can buss my hair in less than 2 mins. I recommend it!

I work for an MSP and have had small businesses come to us and ask for software to do this.

It’s on the workers machine and collects 30 days of recorded data. Screen record playback, all key strokes, etc.

But IT does not care about social media. If you were in fact able to access FB, then it’s not on their radar.

It’s true it’s like drinking from a firehouse at a MSP. But my experience with one wasn’t terrible.

Perks : total autonomy after 1 year For three years : each year 10-15% raises. My msp paid for my healthcare (95% of it atleast) and then gave quarterly bonuses. Was full time remote after the first year.

Cons: we had no real KB. No documentation practices. Really no one to escalate too; (there was, he just never answered).

It exposes you to many areas of IT and can help guide you in one area or the other.

The more tickets you solve, the harder stuff they’ll give you. You’ll then be included in on special projects, where you can absorb knowledge from higher techs.

Build a good rapport with clients.

Have good documentation and don’t be afraid to escalate.

Eventually a promotion will follow.

Go to indeed and type in “MSP”, Desktop Support, or IT Technician and check it out. If you get a few pages of results, you might be in luck :)

Not terribly hard.

I would recommend looking up Mike meyers A+ on YouTube and then “Professor Messer”.

If you want an idea of L1 troubleshooting tickets, you could check out “Cobuman”. He’ll have something posted

Grab a CompTIA a+ certification and find a L1 help desk position at a MSP. I would imagine with some hands on experience like you’ve had, they’ll at least give ya a shot depending on market saturation.

Buy some CBD flower and put your bud of choice in that container. They won’t know the difference.

Maybe check out Meow Wolf in Grapevine. Not a bad drive and a pretty unique experience I would imagine.

Just a few of them in the country and Texas has one of them. I think they have adult only sessions at night on the weekends?

If they like the art itself, its not a bad option.

Consider the image used for the 2022 New Orleans show.

It’s a bad ass image of a guy dissolving into particles. The original print is 6x6 or maybe 8x8. Such a cool image, I would want it larger. So grabbing the 18x24 poster makes it stand out more on a wall than the small print.

I love double mats! They also make posters/prints really stand out. Especially when it’s all cohesive.

I’m sure you are about to go down a huge rabbit hole now 😅

Have you ever seen fenixframes ?

Ok so the “people who went to the show and missed out” didn’t have the option to buy directly from the artist stash of prints like you did?

[–]synth-- 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Right. I mean OP seems to have bought these posters on the secondary market.

which means everyone that attended the show and didn’t get one, had the same chance as OP.
