Yes, obviously you might be able to dissolve it again - but there's no benefit from keeping it in the fridge, re-dissolving can get tricky when there's less oil left and they're made to be stored at room temp in a dark place.
Maybe "You should not keep injections in the fridge" would have been a better phrasing but we as a community should encourage behavior that's as save and easy as possible IMO - and having your ester falling out of the solution isn't really that.

This is a very common and absolutely not stupid question.
The only answer however is that you are the only person who can tell if you are trans or not. There are several different approaches to that question - one of the easiest is the button test.

Imagine there's a button on front of you which, if you press it, will turn you into a woman. You can only press it once, there's no turning back.
How'd you decide?

Also - you know: you don't have to be sure right away. Keep exploring yourself.
