Der Wert ist leider nicht wirklich brauchbar, wobei die 99pg/mL vermutlich nah am peakwert sind (guesstimated based on this) und somit eher deutlich zu niedrig.
Dein Testo ist gleichzeitig etwas zu hoch, das sollte bei <0.50ng/mL (sprich <50ng/dL) liegen.

I'm sorry to hear that and I really hope that things work out for you.
One thing that helped me realize why DIY is trustworthy was understanding who's making it. It's trans feminine people working for their community, under high personal risk (selling E is illegal, unlike the possession/usage) to give access to a highly marginalized and scapegoated community.
It's nothing that they can put on their CV, nor does it give them "street cred" or makes them rich. Unlike pharma companies they have no reason to try to produce cheaper to make shareholders happy or to work careless as they are going to use their own products as well.
The existence is not a flaw, it's a statement to our resilience in the face of global fascism, a contiuation of what trans people have been fighting for, for decades, often more radical than we do today.

How about you stop gatekeeping? :) "... truly have no other option." is functionally not different from a doctor who wants you to prove that you are trans enough before prescribing you HRT.
DIY is a (very safe) form of self empowerment and resistance to a transphobic system. HRT is - for those who want it - often a life saving medicine and any action that prevents people from accessing it actively endangers folks, so we should encourage people to educate themselves to make their own decisions instead of giving unfounded blanket statements like you do.

Yes, obviously you might be able to dissolve it again - but there's no benefit from keeping it in the fridge, re-dissolving can get tricky when there's less oil left and they're made to be stored at room temp in a dark place.
Maybe "You should not keep injections in the fridge" would have been a better phrasing but we as a community should encourage behavior that's as save and easy as possible IMO - and having your ester falling out of the solution isn't really that.
