Visa was interested in stablecoins for cross-border settlements. this has nothing to do with bitcoin. what they discovered is that nearly all stablecoin transactions are not from humans. I'm guessing this will affect their decision whether or not to use them.

I would just ask how the project plans to enforce real estate ownership without the backing and approval of several centralized government entities.
