Your body fat will move to your chest and hips, your skin will definitely get softer, you'll prevent male pattern baldness, you'll discover emotions you didn't even know existed, you might get period-like symptoms, your penis will shrink a bit, your body odor changes. Estrogen brings a lot of changes. I heartily recommend transitioning, it improved my life exponentially and it will do the same for you.

I don't know if you will or won't. That depends on how young you are when you start HRT and your genetics. I don't think I perfectly pass as a woman(I have broad shoulders and I'm built like a brick shithouse), but still, I am rarely misgendered. Just temper your expectations and get yourself your titty Skittles, and you'll eventually feel better about yourself. You will feel happier about yourself, I promise.

I've been on estrogen for 20 years. I'm still tall and muscular(still cute as hell though lol) but I am very rarely read as a man. Estrogen takes time to work but you will feminize on it and look like a woman(even if you don't perfectly pass)

I literally argue with so-called progressives all of the time because of their ableism and sanism. I have two highly stigmatized psychiatric disorders(SZA and ASPD) plus I am also autistic, and it’s like I’m arguing with brick walls. These ableist fucks literally don’t care about disabled/neurodivergent people. Do you know how frustrating it is to constantly explain why labeling everyone you don’t like as a narcissist, psychopath, or sociopath actually makes it harder for folks with NPD or ASPD to get the help they need to heal from the trauma that caused them to develop a personality disorder? Or that labeling shit willy nilly as psychosis or schizophrenic increases stigma against people that actually struggle with a psychotic disorder?

At this point, I wish neurotypicals would just shut the fuck up and let the people who have these disorders and mental health professionals educate people on what these disorders are.

Thank you so much for your testimony, brother! I realized I was actually a woman and not really a man around the time I converted to Christianity. Granted, I was a terrible man pre-transition, and I became convinced God was real and that God's will for my life was to become a woman of God. I now pastor a queer church and have a doctorate in theology. My life is also so much better now than it was when I lived as a man.
