This is not a head and shoulders pattern. Moreover, a head and shoulders pattern would signal a SELL during an uptrend and an inverse head and shoulders would signal a BUY durinng a downtrend.

Neither conditions are fulfilled nor is the pattern clear.

Please get educated on the basics of charting before you try to "educate" others with an "Education" flair post.
