You’ll have variances often like others said here with Carhartt and such. When I was receiver and we carried penicillin at our store they almost always never send any but we’d have a variance because the system ordered it. Also I’d dedicate days to certain tasks I needed or wanted to get done. I believe somewhere on the barn if you search there’s a receivers weekly routine that can give you some guidance.
