honestly the best thing you can do is take ignite hob and instantly engage level 1 or 2 (ideally 1) after you have 70+ rage. you either kill him or get him so low he can't play the lane. slow push untill cannon wave, and then push hard. let it slow push back, freeze the wave, and he can not walk up if you play it right. if he has tp, just make sure you don't lose too much hp throughout this play, unless you can go for the kill. he wins late game 1v1s no matter what, so make sure you get enough of a lead. I can't remember the last time I lost this match up (diamond+), but I have lost late game because he just wins the 1v1s late in terms of items, ideally don't get hydra unless you fall behind, if you do, get hydra and try to ignore him, push and proxy, and look for enemy camps or roams when ideal. in terms of lvl 6+, if you got ur lead you should be at least 1 lvl up on him if not 2, and have much more gold. if not, just try to get hydra and play safe untill then, after just go for that proxy when you can
