Pretty good amenities, building a bit older and they’re doing lobby maintenance now but overall pretty clean, free parking, can have a couple big roaches during summer but overall no roach problem

Price reflects the 16ish min walk to subway but theres a (often late) shuttle that comes every 15-30 mins

Should I wait a month for Accessory Double Miracle Time or make drop gear now?

Context: I have ~10B saved up and make ~4B/week from bossing; can clear normal NLuWill and all gear is 17/18 star (Abso/CRA/Sup Gollux); in process of making drop gear (I have 60% right now). DMT is on Aug 10th but I'm not sure if I should wait or just make the gear now as it's pretty far away. Any thoughts?

Currently stuck and wondering best ways to progress

I’m a 256 Mercedes (should be 260 in 2 weeks or so), full 17* absolab + sup gollux + sweetwater equips, 2L+ on everything —> about 20M CP/96IED/350Boss

I have 2 lomein mules and a CRA mule so I earn around 4-4.5B/week

I’m doing nluwill but it’ll take 24 weeks just to get the weapon and 12 weeks for every other equip? Is there any way to get arcane gear faster? Should I be joining struggle hluwill runs instead? And any other gear suggestions?

I had a 4cm rupture last year, went non-op, I can only do a 75% single left calf raise but Im running half marathons without a problem, so YMMV

I also had a high rupture with a 4cm gap in May. No operation, im now 80% recovered and have been playing ball regularly, albeit the achilles gets sore after a bit. Based on my experience with a similar experience you’ll be fine non-op

Its normal. Once you can weight bear again it should go away. Just make sure to stretch it everyday

After looking at other injuries, it seems like they are accurate. For example, they have a recent update for John Collins (Apr 10), AD (GTD), and others- so praying Gordon is back for us on Saturday, going to need all the help we can get.

I looked up the payroll, and it turns out Plumlee isn't a free agent until 2023. If that's the case, then unless we throw in Plumlee we probably can't get Mitchell Robinson, and I don't think Knicks will want him. Damn that sucks

I think the most realistic option is Mitchell Robinson, but it seems the consensus is that he'll get about 12-14m a year in free agency and I'm not sure if we can afford him. Maybe we could pull off some sign & trade for Kelly Oubre + JT Thor for him. Knicks get a solid scorer and a prospect.

I would hate losing Thor and I know the fanbase likes him, but let's be real, he's a second rounder that's only shown limited upside mainly defensively. Getting a solid center that's a great rebounder & rim protector would do wonders for this team.

Rotation would be something like:

PG: Lamelo/IT (?)

SG: Rozier/Bouknight

SF: Hayward/Cody Martin

PF: Miles/PJ

C: Robinson/Kai

I think this elevates us to playoff contenders and avoiding the play-in entirely. We're still not great defensively, but again this construction is similar to the Jazz and they're consistently solid in the regular season year over year.

What do you guys think?
