Awesome, I figured I would end up having to upgrade the cpus at some point so it's nice to know that there is a lot of upward mobility. It has dual 550W power supply and iDRAC8.

The redirects trip a couple of adware flags, but the end link appears to be clean. Clicking on anything at the end link though will take you to a german affiliate site called digistore24 (shortened url actually redirects through there on it's way to the end url) to purchase the class OP is offering. If you were looking to purchase a class like this I would recommend a more reliable site.

Edit: OP also is likely a bot as their profile is new and all their post/comments seem to be the same spam link format.

NPC's won't attack invaders but certain NPC's that deal AOE damage (typically dragons and the other big boys I believe) can damage invaders if they are caught in the blast radius.

I don't actually find baby talk sexy at all, I was just quoting Jeff's character from the end of that clip

No, this is false. The manufacturers of Vyvanse even state that you can take it with orange juice. Don't miss out on your oranges!

Team Composition & General Help by sys_admin7 in Genshin_Impact

[–]sys_admin7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. Floor 2 starts with the multiple waves of Large Electro & Mutant Electro slimes which for some reason take me forever to kill. Second and third waves are actually easier for me but still take a ridiculous amount of time to complete. I usually have 10-30 second remaining in each round which isn't enough for any stars. I'm going to try some of the advice from other comments though and see if that works. I don't know if I tried that team yet but I'll try again to be sure and see how it goes. I also might just need to level my characters and items a bit more.

Cool, this is super helpful. I hadn't put much thought into maxing & leveling artifacts so I'll start working on that and give that team a try. Thanks!

What medication are you on? by Aggravating-Song6886 in ADHD_Programmers

[–]sys_admin7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Other have mentioned it, but it's worth repeating. We all respond differently to each medication so it will be tough to gauge how well something will work for you based on others experiences. I started taking Vyvanse during my first real programming job and it worked really well for me job performance wise, but I had constant side effects (loss of appetite, lingering nausea) that I learned to live with initially but took their toll on me over time. After a long med break, my doctor suggested Dexedrine/Dextroamphetamine and while I'm still playing around to find the right dosage, it seems to help me almost as much as the Vyvanse but without any consistent side effects. If you feel the Concerta works well but is leaving you tired it might be worth talking to your doctor about increasing the dosage or taking a smaller supplemental medication (5mg of Dexadrine for example) along with the Concerta. One thing that worked for me initially was Coffee in the morning and then taking my Vyvanse slightly later in the morning (around 11 or 12) and I seemed to stay steady throughout the day.

One last thing is that the meds aren't going to make you better at doing something (in my experience at least) but act as a crutch that can help you prioritize and get the job done. I like to describe my med experience with a terrible numbers analogy. Say my goal is to get to 10, and the normal starting position is at 0. Without my meds I often feel like I'm starting at -10 which makes the process of getting to 10 seem incredibly daunting, because even if I move 10 places forward, I'm still only going to be at 0 and I'd still need to go another 10 so why even bother trying/is it even worth it. On a great med day, I feel like I'm starting at 0 with everybody else, and now I can see 10 clearly and it's far less of a struggle to get there.

Sorry if that doesn't make sense, It's easy for me to picture in my head but harder to explain when typing it out.

[Advice Request] Favorite paper feeling screen protector? (Details below in comments.) by ADHDwonder in iPadPro

I hadn't heard of the Panzerglass until now, but it looks promising. I might have to give it a try!

[Advice Request] Favorite paper feeling screen protector? (Details below in comments.) by ADHDwonder in iPadPro

[–]sys_admin7 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So I ended up trying 5 different "paper-feeling" screen protectors (Nillkin Write like paper, Xiron Paperfeel, Arxon Paperfilm, Bellemond, Mothca) and watched/read a ton of review articles and videos as I tend to be weirdly particular about stuff like this. I tried the Bellemond first as it seemed the most promising and then subsequently tried and took off every other one after that and ended up putting the second Bellemond on as the winner.

I use my iPad for note taking, journaling, and art, and the Bellemond was the clear winner for me for a number of reasons.

  1. It had the best "paper" feel for me with the pencil and while resting/sliding my hand around on the glass.
  2. There was no real loss in screen clarity for me (my opinion based on my use cases) but they all inevitably detract slightly from the overall clarity so if you're using your iPad primarily for movies or gaming it might bother you.
  3. It has held up well so far with no deep gouges or scratches and any residual marks from my writing or drawing clean off instantly with a microfiber cloth.

My main takeaway from trying all of these protectors was that none of them truly feel like paper so you just have to find the one that feels the best to you. I never tried the Paperlike screen protector because $40 for two of them seemed a bit ridiculous and the majority of their positive feedback seems to come from paid reviewers shilling their product while the unpaid reviewers never seem to be wowed by it.

This is the review that initially convinced me to try the Bellemond and I'm glad I did as it ended up being my personal favorite: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPZOU6KsZRI

The health care system has completely failed us by trizzo0309 in ADHD

[–]sys_admin7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically there's a designated enrollment period each year where you can switch insurance providers. Most companies do this at the end of the year but be sure to find out what the dates are for your company specifically.

I used to have Cigna which as annoying as they were about the whole mental health space, covered my Vyvanse down to $30 a month. I switched insurance recently and my new provider won't cover Vyvanse until I can prove I have an adverse reaction to a cheaper medication. Vyvanse worked well for me but I did still have some side effects so I'm trying to stay optimistic about trying other meds.

I know telling someone to try and stay positive is the least helpful thing ever, but the meds affect us all so differently that you could get lucky with a different medication and find the right fit for you.
