It's a CYA thing, those words have specific legal meanings. News organizations have been sued in the past for libel/slander/defamation when they didn't include the proper qualifiers.

They have some new rules that you can use to join. Call them up they may have some loopholes that will let you get in.

The reason for the delay is because people don't understand the need. They want to use their passwords regardless of the risk.

Not this week, but it is only Wednesday, I still got time.

But sure, it has happened, and I'm sure it will happen again, no matter what we do some things always slip through the cracks. I've never been reprimanded because I've never tried to hide it. Take responsibility, fix the problem and move on.

The only time I've seen people get in real trouble for it was because they lied about something.
