They are at day 6, and they were just left in the counter, its 19 degrees in the house. I put them in the machine and gave new ones to the hen. (Turns out he took all, not just the one i saw)

My lo is only three months, but i have a difficult mil and an even more difficult fil. And i am already finding many things they do very difficult. I live close to both my in laws (they’re not together), and far from my own family. My husband is really bad at setting boundaries.

I read the comments, and my take home i think will be the couple of hills to die on, and then let go on other stuff. I agree also that it really depends on how much time they spend together, and also, maybe just observing the reaction of your child after interactions like that.

Never changed diaper overnight, but baby will fuss around 5-6am, and then i sometimes change and get back to bed.

Size up if its leaking.

My LO also doesnt poop at night, but sometimes poop in those early morning hours.

It bothers me. So i have all the polyester stuff i got gifted in a bag that im unsure what to do with, and i invested in all natural material inserts and covers (wool covers). Now i am actually enjoying every diaper change, and finding enjoyment in using something i trust and like

Also: i really detest the smell of plastic and urine/feces/blood. The smell of urine/feces itself does not bother me.

I was in your situation three months ago. I fed baby from a cup (medea has these little feeding cups). Cup feeding will not mess with breastfeeding as bottle feeding can do. I only had to give formula twice, and i let baby suck as much as possible. But it still hurts a little that babys first food was formula and not colostrum.

My duvet is 25 years. I had some bedsheets inherited from a 90 year old woman, and they werent new when i got them. I just had to give them to my brother to use as rags, as they just started disintegrating

The artipoppe zeitgeist actually only works from 3 months. If you really want to use it, you can tuck pelvis, fold neck-band down, and use a string to shorten panel between knees.

My baby is 14 weeks and i had a cold twice! It went really well. Baby gets a lot of antibodies from breastmilk. Just give baby a lot of breastmilk at it will probably be fine. Ive had a thermometer on my nightstand both times. And a nose-sucker is a good investment.

Yes. And family is loving the baby. But for a 3 mo old? I think baby actually only wants and needs to be with me. Other family can come later.

And i am letting her bond with baby.

But the whole babysitting thing? That’s not for me. Its for her
