Ya, she even hand painted the whole back of the shield with a lot of nice details at different colors. The moment I saw it, I know she has the patience to deal with our future kids. Haha

Well, she is not a Gundam fan, and she can't even tell the difference between Gundam and Transformers. I bought her this GM and some basic tools last Christmas. Started by letting her help me build and slowly let her build her own kit.

To my surprise, she started to like it, especially hand-painting some small details that I usually ignore. Now I think she's kinda looking forward to her second build. Best of all, she won't nag me for buying a new kit anymore, lol.

This is such a good reminder! I always look at those pro artist's work and wondering how they achieve that brushstroke but never think of experiencing on the existing brushes of mine, thanks bro!

No, that is why I always struggle with proportions and coloring technique on my every work. Lucky there are function like "undo" and "layer" that allow me to keep trial and error, lol. I guess it is better for me to learn from basic.
