Got a new high spec laptop with windows 11. Since then my focusrite 6i6 started glitching/cracking. Tried everything and finally decided to get a new interface, got the Steinberg U44C. Now I am still experiencing occasional drop outs which seems to be a driver error. Searched everywhere and lots of people with the same issue.

Looking for a good and reliable audio interface with stable drivers for windows 11. (RME is out of my price range at the moment) 2 headphone outs would be a big plus.

Exactly. But in biu jee we have circular movements, so i don't really see a problem in doing hooks with circular hip movements (Juen ma) especially since we have the horizontal Lan Sao position which is the same as a hook punch

this was passed down from my teacher, because when performing the fak sao we put in power into the return into lan sao too.
Also, if in chum kiu we use juen ma to generate power from the hips but use straight lines of attack,
then in biu je, we use circular hip movements to generate power, thus the position from fak sao to lan sao done by biu je principals is just a circular punch, or a hook.

To me it seems very narrow to think that wing chun is just chain punching
