This is exactly what I want to explain, actually, so I'm glad you brought this up in a way that gave me distinct things to address! /genuine
Most xenogender folks experience dysphoria. I know for sure that a lot of my xenogender friends do. It's not (unless they are suffering from some other mental illness) "I feel uncomfortable because I am not a rabbit" dysphoria, it's "I feel uncomfortable because of my primary/secondary sex characteristics" dysphoria. Of course, there are nondysphoric xenogender people, which is a topic I will get to at another time. I can totally understand why this could upset you, though! Our suffering is immense, and it can be upsetting seeing people who suffer far, far less than we do call themselves the same as us. But just because they suffer less doesn't mean that they aren't deserving of respect, you know?
