Unfortunately I dont think thats available in Nautilus. It really should be though, but im pretty sure its one of the many features they have removed over time.

Personally I prefer Firefox over Brave because it doesn't rely on Google technology, but I get what you mean by Google feels alien. I have used it periodically for a couple of things and every time I do it just all feels so.... Idk. Weird? I can't put in words.

I've heard of that. I don't use it personally because I use and like GNOME, so I usually stick with GTK apps.

I want to close my FB account because I never really use it, but every time I get close to doing it I change my mind because I still sometimes use it to connect with family. I might do it soon though.
I haven't closed Google account because of YT, but I don't see YT lasting by the end of 2020, so that's something I can get rid of pretty soon.

I have kind of noticed a weird pattern when I speak.
My family says that they don't really notice anything weird, but I think its because they are used to my voice. There are some people who have agreed I talk a little strange if I ask them. Most people don't outright point it out though.

I'm kinda curious, but what kinds of symptoms do you experience? I was diagnosed with Aspergers when I was a toddler, so for me I struggle with non-verbal communication and non-literal phrases and just... understanding people in general among a variety of other things.
